• Handle employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, personal data changes, transfer, etc. Manage employee?s labor contracts and personal files and documentation, creation of contracts and letters, employee helpdesk for query resolution.
• Coordinate and support training programs logistics. Handle benefits logistics (Medical Insurance/Travel/etc.). Global Mobility, full Awareness of Labor Law & Labor office requirements and handling all Social Insurance-related activities.
• Is the single point of contact for employees and line managers regarding all queries relevant to HR systems and processes; to enable a flawless end-to-end experience for day-to-day HR needs.
• Takes a proactive, strategic approach to employee relations by identifying employee relations trends, recommending solutions that address the root cause of the issue, and taking actions for execution.
• Works closely with the HR Business Partner, Payroll and Personnel, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and People Operations Teams, and provides support and subject matter expertise to recommend appropriate action to resolve disputes.
• Provides operational support and guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy processes, etc. in line with local governance and legislation; this includes case management of these examples through to conclusion.
• Ensure that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and provide reports when required.
