You?ll join us to support the VP of People & Culture in creating the cultural strategy forZyda and inventing a unique engagement program that nourishes our employees?experience. You will zoom in on understanding the root purpose and values of Zyda andcreate inspiring initiatives that motivate productivity. Using a range of innovative toolsand techniques, your energetic character will play a vital role in engaging the teams aswe work with new dynamic ways that ground and build our cultural norms.Focal Points:1. Work closely with VP on implementing the monthly plan of engagement activities and building resources to capitalize on.2. Use effective engagement tools and a metrics to measure productivity by3. Review current communication channels and work on an effective internal communication plan that clearly explains to all departments the engagement programs and its benefits that improves on employee satisfaction, retention and productivity.4. Act as the culture communicator for the launch of special programs and events.5. Responsible for making sure content is consistent and in sync with the strategy and the marketing direction.6. Consistently get insights from employees through surveys, polls and focus groups.7. Recording and analyzing all expenses within the allocated budget8. Set benchmarks to highlight progress and assess learnings9. Collaborate with marketing department and plan the content of people engagement model to showcase the culture of Zyda on social media.10. Work with Talent Department on the onboarding plan and incorporate culture & value activities into it11. Plan and include employee engagement activities in company meetings and future events.12. Build a quarterly plan for external activities such as retreats and social events to strengthen team relations and reflect the Zyda values
