Job Description

Were a US/Egypt based fashion company seeking a high energy individual to coordinate operations in Egypt. You will play a key role in keeping manufacturing and fulfillment running smoothly. If you?re looking to learn a lot about fashion production and ecommerce operations and grow your skills, this is the perfect opportunity.Location: Office in 6 of October, EGSchedule: Full Time from Sunday-Thursday.Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management:
  • Communicating and coordinating transportation of stock between fabric suppliers, factory, stores, and US base.
  • Ensuring suppliers deliver quality product on time and according to quality standards
  • Online store management
  • Fulfillment of online store orders (packing and shipping)
  • Managing product listings on website
  • Customer support for online store, email, and social media-responding to questions, complaints, return requests)
  • Wholesale partner coordination
  • Coordinating stock transfer to and from boutiques
  • Managing and organizing inventory in storage
  • Fashion shoot coordination with models and studio as needed
  • Reports directly to founders
