Role purposeThe role of the SEPA Hub Application Specialist is to support the SEPA Hub delivery of Solstice programme. The candidate will report to SEPA Product Manager and will work closely with SEPA Application Operations team. This includes:? SEPA HUB single point of contact for orchestration of the technical requirements gathering and connectivity specifications for new Solstice payments/collections flows across systems and bank.? Drive that security guidelines from Group Security are met for new integration flows.? Support the test definition and execution in collaboration with German local team, SEPA Business Operations and SEPA Application Operations.? Provide weekly updates on project status, deliverables, risks & mitigation actions.? Support Application Operations in BAU and crisis situationsKey accountabilities and decision ownership? Manage IT Demand and Solution Blueprint & Architecture of global SEPA Hub for Solstice programme.? Manage the interface setups globally with the central SEPA solution? Test support and execution? Support Application Operations BAUMust have technical / professional qualifications? University/College degree preferably in IT/Economics? Expertise in Banking and Payment areas and knowledge of SEPA process.? Understanding of system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations)? Knowledge of SEPA solutions (i.e. IBM).? Good understanding about data and databasesCore competencies, knowledge and experience? Strong Collection Management process knowledge.? Good Stakeholders Management and Delivery skills.? Knowledge of SEPA process.? Understanding of system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
