Role purpose: The role holder is accountable for Operation and Maintenance activities for the assigned buildingbuildings, from the Civil point of view in addition to the followings:Handle all related operation & maintenance activities in the assigned buildingbuildings.Follow-up on managed service company works in the assigned buildingbuildings.Close monitoring on the work performance in the assigned buildingbuildings.Follow-up on preventive maintenance works schedules as plan.Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all Vodafone internal requirement are consideredClose coordination with building users for the organizational & employees movesPrepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.Provide space planning solutions with close monitoring in building utilizationReview existing building designs for any proposed enhancementschanges to ensure do ability.Establish full design package for the needed enhancementschanges on the assigned buildingbuildings.Establish detailed BOQ of worksSelect durable materials used & proper vendor selection.Coordinate with SCM till awarding the works to vendors.Manage and supervise construction contractorsvendors during implementation phase with a proper handing over.Comply with all H&S proceduresMeet assigned OPEX & CAPEXImpact on Business (Accountable for Civil operations across the building, responsible of delivering the working environment to our employees across the building, close monitoring on day to day activities, continuous efforts to enhance employee experience).Mandatory tasks (follow-up & reporting on projects timelines, ensure abidance to projects critical path; ensure delivery with the required cost & desired quality)Project documents (understand VF internal requirements, establish project layouts, prepare Bill of Quantities for tendering, coordinate with SCM for vendor s evaluation till selection, supervise implementation activities, proper project closing)Internal Moves (understand internal customer needs for the necessary moves within the assigned buildings).Health & Safety (Close alignment with H&S team to review H&S plans submitted from vendors, ensure all suppliersvendors are complying with H&S Plan, ensure that all incidents within P&FM areas are well investigated & reported, conduct regular meeting with suppliers & vendors to increase the awareness).
