1. Strong understanding of Nokia latest technologies (5G, IoT, Cloud RAN, Cloud Computing, IP/Optical Networks, Fixed/Core Networks, and Nokia Software)
2. Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, and 4G basics by exploring more telecommunications systems
3. Work smart by managing multiple priorities with deadlines in a constantly changing environment
4. Be willing to work in flexible-hours mode, as the job demands
5. Be more approachable by developing the interpersonal and soft skills that help you in your future career start-up, ? etc
6. Networking with Nokia experts in different technologies tracks throughout the whole program
7. Priority to become one of our colleagues and join one of Nokia permanent positions
8. Certificate of Completion at the end of the program (*)

(*) Certifications are issued based on:

1. Actively participation and 95% attendance in full-program duration
2. The trainee will be requested to prepare a project/presentation to be delivered by the end of the program

Your skills and experience

• Qualifications:

• Preferred major in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering students or Mechatronics
• Post-grads/under-graduation: Graduation year in 2021 or 2022 or 2023
• GPA above 3.0 or equivalent
• Strong command of the English language
• French/German languages (+ value-added)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of commitment and availability during the internship set dates
