• Perform technical assessment for RFP/RFQ/RFI and ensure optimized Network planning assumptions are considered for the solutioning in-line with the requirements
• Perform cost benchmarking and optimization for RFx, to optimise total TCO
• Influence customer network plans proactively and prepare technical analysis for maximizing Nokia portfolio using various performance tools.
• Analyse networks from capacity/coverage/quality/SW perspective and recommend proactive & reactive solutions to maximize sales and creating new funnels
• Engage with customer & internal stakeholders about product related queries, feature analysis, competitor intelligence to influence upsells that enable network performance.
• Support for long term NW capacity projections to have proactive measures and solutions
• Responsible for driving proactive sales programs to create upsell, cross sells and create new sales pipeline
• Perform network analysis using crowd sourcing tool, Tutela to influence CapEx decisions from the customers.
• Innovate and promote diversified solutions for embedding tools and automation in regular NPO activities
• Support and drive SON with embedded solution and offering models to accelerate growth.
• Bring new approaches to NW design and performance related challenges of customers ?

• Bachelor?s degree (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication) and corresponding experience
• At least 10 years of experience in Telecomm, worked at least 7 years in Network Planning/Optimization/Performance
• Likes research and very open for learning

• Multi-Vendor experience and capability of competitor analysis is a big plus
• Expert level experience of Network Design coverage and link budget analysis, site solutions 2G/3G/4G /VoLTE and 5G is plus
• Expert level experience on Network Dimensioning: Capacity Analysis, KPI correlations, growth calculations, spectrum analysis for 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE
• Expert level experience on Nokia feature and parameter trials, benchmarking for 4G / 5G (2G/3G is a plus)
• Expert level experience on NPM, counters, Network Audit and Assessment
• Good experience on Network benchmarking and post processing tools: any of TEMS, NEMO, XCAL etc
• Good understanding on crowd source data and its analysis : Ookla, Tutela
• Good understanding on 5G evolution & use cases on SA, URLLC, mMTC is a big plus
• Good knowledge on Nokia internal portals: MiNT, NPO community etc
• Good knowledge on Nokia product portfolio especially related to baseband, RU, RRH
• Good knowledge to NPO tools: NPM, Radar, Logos, SON, Plan editor, MUSA
• Good knowledge and experience on pre-sales organization, financial approach and cost analysis is a big plus
• Good understanding and ability on task automation: Power BI, SQL, Excel etc. (python is a plus)
• Excellent presentation capability both preparation and presenting to big audience
• Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, innovative and creative thinking
• Strong negotiation skills with customer, result oriented
