The person of this role will assist in coordinating and follow up the Marketing separation activities, TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) exits, cross workstream and/or cross region interdependencies, contributing to build up the new way of working. This role will be the a representative of Blossom in the country but needs to be a member of the MU marketing team. Working with the MU marketing lead on planning, tracking and assisting the smooth transition of the Marketing Function from the existing company to a new company. The role will liaise with many teams including Workstream Leads, Consultants and Unilever and ekaterra employees across the world.Roles & Responsibilities* Work with Consultants and internal teams to assist in the transfer of services for marketers in Unilever ecosystem, across marketing, Artwork, CMI, digital hub, UFS, central marketing excellence teams.* Assist in Migrating local and global systems from UL to Tea Company.* Track status of migration and coordinate with stakeholders* Understand and support transition plan on:+ Blue (artwork management system)+ AdPro+ Agency SWOP+ Asset Bank+ CMCORole requirements:* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG or relevant industries* Having achieved successful project results in previous roles* A good understanding of Marketing systems, processes and tasks* Strong experience in global projects,* Gained experience in successfully delivered similar divestiture / separation, and/or acquisition projects in similarly large, complex environments.* Complex Project management* Commercial awareness* Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills* Attention to detail* Strong command of MS office (excel advanced)Stakeholder Management and key interfaces* This role is a one year contract* To be fully authorized/empowered about its work and responsibilities Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
