Your Role International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! Maximize market exploitation for Motion Control (MC) portfolio LV Drives & Motors . Pre-Sales support of MC portfolio for all sales channels (expert knowledge to successfully fight against specialized competitors on a detailed product level). Solid knowledge on market segments, potentials, pricing, competitors and applications. Has direct access to all customers aligning with the sales representative. Developing the marketing mix (Price, Promotion, Place & Product) so as to satisfy the market needs & demand. Supporting & providing competitive edges of products portfolio over competition thru sales arguments or defense. Proper communication to HQ (market surveys, reports, opportunities, financial statusetc). Supporting logistics & back office in order processing & offering phases. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts (E.g. Distributors, Panel Builders, OEMs & System Integrators). Proactively asses, clarify & validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address end customer needs. Support launch of new products & solutions and design of new business models. Conduct quantitative analysis to determine market size and share for various businesses; update and maintain data regularly. Collect and analyze market intelligence regularly to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics and customer requirements Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid! Bachelor of Engineering Electronic or Electrical Engineering is preferred 3-5 years in relevant product management or sales for LV Drive & Motors business Knowledge of expertise: LV Drives & Motors products, customers, Digitalization/market trends & suppliers/competitors in Egypt Master in Electronic or Electrical engineering is a plus Presentation, Communication, Analytical skills, Leadership skillsetc Fluent English written & spoken is a must , Native Arabic Egyptian, German is a plus What else do you need to know?
