Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our customers to support their well construction projects.Partner with the bestThis role will require experts focusing Integrated Operations in the Oil and Gas Fields. A Strong local MENATI experience with high volume customer and client engagement. The position is viewed as a functional who commands in depth understanding of a complex field production operations and business based upon a long experience.As the MENATI Strategic Business Development for Integrated Solutions, you will be responsible for:-Lead Strategic Business Development for Integrated Solutions at a regional level.-Promote Brownfield Solutions at the Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) level and early engagement for key customers.-Strategically lead business development within the integrated solutions in region. -Responsible to advise management in the function and/or in the business. -Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Presents to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. -Works with cross functional teams. Has major influence on small business unit or family within a function or product line.-Handles communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. -Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.-Leads complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long-term horizon (2- 3 years).Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:-Hold a bachelors degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline.-Have 15+ years of experience within the oil and gas industry, working on roles relevant to Business Development, Integrated Solutions, Project Management and Engineering roles. -Have significant experience in integrated solutions and project management within the oil and gas industry, in service companies.-Have global experience in delivering proposals in varying and complex commercial and contractual models.-Have good knowledge of Well Engineering, Well Construction, Rigs, equipment packages and technical solutions.-Strong oral and written communication skills. -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. -Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. -Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. -Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. -Established project management skills.-Business travel required as needed.Work in a way that works for you.We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
