Medical Delegate - TantaMain Tasks & Responsibilities:- Active recommendation by HCPs (Health Care Professionals) of the companys Infant Nutrition Products and services where and when appropriate and when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible.- Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision makers.- Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing.- To ensure quality service to HCPs through proper monitoring of product availability, visibility, freshness and pricing within the territory. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:- High level of integrity & Ethical Standards- Strong Communication & Language skills.- 0-2 Years of Experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products- Experience in managing independently a territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals.- Team Player- Managing projects/tasks such as organizing activities with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc.- Experience in identifying and working with new institutions & HCPs and developing existing relationships- Experience in a highly regulated health care environment- Experience in relationship development and management
