Job Description

Job purpose:Work with the Marketing team and key stakeholders, to manage the day to day requirements of the marketing department with regards to Taiba campaigns.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIESOperations Coordinate the production and distribution of publications, including print, fulfilment, and distribution both online and off-line; produce and maintain production and marketing schedules including input and maintenance of accurate information on the database; assist with the policy, procedure and strategy formation of the marketing team; participate in marketing campaigns giving input on events, direct and indirect mail, e-marketing, website marketing, etc.

  1. Reporting assist in developing an annual marketing plan in conjunction with MARCOMM and Business Development teams that detail the annual activity to meet agreed upon Taiba objectives; monitor and achieve positive media coverage across all media channels utilized by Taiba; interpret market research reports and utilize them to better improve marketing initiatives and campaigns and identify opportunities for new products and services.
  2. Cost & Budget coordinate and communicate budget restraints and ensure that all marketing activities are communicated as per the agreed upon budget; coordinate and report on all marketing activities purchases of material and services.
  3. Communication Implement new ideas and methods and continuously seek ways of improving contribution to Taiba goals and enhancing reputation of Taiba; liaise with social media executives to better enhance and produce content writing and design; work with various members of the marketing department to plan strategies, meetings, designs, initiatives, etc.; ensure all marketing communication adheres to Taiba ?Voice?; Oversee and supervise communication officers ensuring proper succession management.
