The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Egypt. Talent acquisition: build a strong team of local talents to support country s business operations? Management: directly manage a network of city managers and country-wide shared services? Business Development: oversee the business development of the platform. Acquire users and grow the business. Develop and cultivate nation-wide strategic partnerships with customers and other stakeholders. Work closely with marketing both online and offline, and actively take part in spearheading local strategy? Operations performance: identify and enforce best practices across cities. Ensure high service standards are maintained across operations? Financial control: budget, forecast and align business needs with control of operating expenses
