Were looking for ambitious people to help drive and support this change while learning about the intricacies of dealing with diverse clients in a challenging yet rewarding environment.Your key responsibilitiesThis role though based out of Cairo will involve extensive travelling to KSA and manging projects and assignments there.As a Manager in this capacity, youll participate in and manage client engagements, contributing in both financial and non- financial service sectors in specified regions.Youll collaborate with the partner, senior manager and client to determine a FAAS strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables, while ensuring FAAS engagement teams understand the clients needs and expectations and that the work product is client-focused, clear, accurate and well-presentedTimely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks is essential, as is working with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery.Youll monitor performance of the team against budget as well as identify and communicate relevant trends, developments and key performance drivers relevant to the client.Sales of new FAAS work will also be paramount in this role. REQUIREMENTS: Skills and attributes for successPro- activity, accountability and results- driven people will flourish in this environment.Dealing with competing priorities, understanding how to manage resources and communicating effectively are key skills.This will have a huge impact on those around you and help promote a positive work ethic.To qualify for the role you must haveA bachelors degree and approximately five years of related work experienceAn undergraduate or masters degree in accounting and/or other appropriate academic majorCPA/CA/ACCA certificationAt least 5 years of Big 4 experience (audit or advisory) and particular business / industry experience to meet special needsStrong advisory (selling) mindsetStrong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management abilityUnderstanding of a clients industry and marketplaceStrong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employeesFluent written and verbal English communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologiesFlexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessaryIdeally youll also haveProficiency in the Arabic languageExperience in the MENA regionWhat we look forWe are interested in entrepreneurs who have the confidence to develop and promote a brand new strategic vision both internally and externally.
