Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Job Responsibilities:-Track orders to ensure timely deliveries-Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, COO, Packing list, bills of lading)-Plan shipments based on OBD and customer requests-Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery-Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction-Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules-Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers-Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation-Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility REQUIREMENTS: Job REQUIREMENTS:-0 - 2 Years of Experience is preferred-Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related degree is preferred-Proven experience as a logistics coordinator is recommended-Experience in customer service will be appreciated-Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements-Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes-Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)-Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
