Raya Smart Buildings subsidiary of Raya holding for financial investment is hiring for the below job to its office in El-Sheikh Zayed city˙Job Summary:The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing available properties to screening potential tenants and negotiating lease terms. This role requires strong sales and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the local real estate market.Job Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for commercial and residential properties.2. Market available properties through various channels, such as online listings, advertising, and networking.3. Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.4. Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and credit verification5. Negotiate lease agreements and ensure that all necessary documents are properly executed6. Collaborate with property management operations and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure that properties are well-maintained7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in order to set competitive rental rates8. Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and rental income9. Oversee lease renewals and lease terminations10. Resolve lease-related disputes and evictions in accordance with legal requirements.˙
