Job Description

Property Finder is the leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region. We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.Junior Compliance Associate will process and offer support and guidance to clients on verifying their listings, and agents profiles, and assist with monitoring our site for quality and accuracy.Ensure that all companies advertise on property finder.ae hold the relevant licenses to operateResponsibilities

  • Process all agent profiles submitted for verification within the day
  • Monitor compliance with our virtual tour and video guidelines
  • Monitor site for inaccuracies and breaches of our acceptable terms of use
  • Record and log all infractions and contact clients regarding these where applicable
  • Process all listings submitted for verification within the day
  • Respond to all client and consumer queries/complaints in a timely manner
  • Review trade licenses, RERA licenses and trakheesi permits to ensure all clients are compliant with government regulations
  • Process all reported properties, investigate every single report and action accordingly
  • Handle all consumer and client complaints relating to unavailable properties, inaccurate listings, exclusivity agreements, image copyright infringement and generally poor images or listings
  • Monitor clients? listings to ensure compliance to our image guidelines concerning watermarks/ footers, irrelevant images and advertising material
