IT Assets:
Purchases new IT equipment based on IT requirements, budget and Corporate IT standards
Develops and maintains IT vendor and partner relationships.
Manages IT inventory and maintains list of inventory IT assets.
Hands out IT assets and maintains a list of handed out IT assets.
Handles spare parts
Hardware & Software:
Provides PC hardware and software support with majority focus on the Microsoft Windows platform.
Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.
Develops, maintains and supports all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
Troubleshoots network performance issues
Recommends and installs new software releases and system upgrades (approved by Corporate IT), evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.
Implements, maintains and monitors system backups, data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Provides technical support via phone, emails, and remote tools and on-site visits to end-users with timely resolution.

Completed education in Information Technology (university level or similar)
Experienced in Networking, Database-Management, Administration of Servers, Network-Security
Knowledge of MS Active Directory, Windows Server
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Advanced knowledge of Telecommunication systems

Proven ability to complete projects on-time and within budget
