The incumbent selected for the role will continue to be based out of their current location. Preferred locations are: India, Egypt & South Africa. Main Purpose: Works closely with newly setup Low-Cost WMS Logistic organization in AMESA sector and manages the Warehouse related IT support for the integrated end-to-end supply chain logistic operation for all AMESA Miebach markets to help business in achieving the key KPIs Operational and Value focused role that is dedicated to support Low-Cost WMS business organization in AMESA Acting as a single point of focus to the Logistic Business, IT teams (MIEBACH, SAP and KPI) serve as the common thread throughout adoption to ensure business results are achieved Works as IT Specialist for Low-Cost WMS for Logistic enablement process using Miebach and SAP DevSecOps role is strategic and is expected to scale up as the warehouse business grows in AMESA DevSecOps has to work closely with current Miebach and SAP team of sector and ensures that all the new requirements coming from Logistic business are included in Miebach and also any change in sector WMS solution should not adversely impact the current Low-Cost WMS solution. Key Accountabilities: Acts as WMS specialist within IT for AMESA sector Works collaboratively with logistic organization on identifying the new requirements and supporting them in sustaining the existing solution. Works closely with Miebach and SAP team to protect the WMS Inbound and Outbound processes and ensures testing every change that is happening in Low Cost WMS Solution. Works collaboratively with Product Catalog, SAP and Miebach teams and represents IT from Warehouse Management point of view Drives new ideas to improve the current processes and how to bring in more automation to bring down the overall cost Manages business relationships with IT teams, vendors and 3rd party providers Oversees prioritization and delivery of solutions for area(s) of ownership to ensure value realization. Ensuring all Pepsico Project Governance are in placed ? Manage Clarity Task and own delivery, Project Progress and SteerCo Update/Reporting, Financ Supports development of strategic roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities) Serves as an escalation point for projects (via steering committee participation) to help resolve issues requiring business partner engagement Anticipates needs by supporting Proof of Concept and investigating potential solutions in order to communicate solution recommendations Supports compliance, risk management and security strategies and programs, championing risk management and security discipline Analyzes components of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) impacting process reengineering Participates in business process design workshops with internal or external teams Participates in change management analysis during process design Service level management with Miebach partners and managing SLAs with vendor partners Follow the ITIL Guiding Principles to ensure best in class service delivery. Ensure Service Delivery Visibility and Tracking is in place to measure key KPI?s #Locations: New Cairo, Egypt Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 5 years of related IT business work experience Subject matter expertise in the area of functional responsibility Ability to work with multiple teams in a matrix environment Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers Consulting background with a large scale supply chain program is an additional advantage Ability to solve highly complex problems within his/her work team Degree level education Proficient business level English language skills Apply now and our recruitment team will be in contact!
