& Specification:Responsible for the smooth running of all desktop IT Servicies , ensuring users get maximum benefits from them to guarantee customer service satisfaction.Duties: Install,modify,troubleshoot and repair network components hardware,software and support LAN,WAN,network segments , internet and internet system.2-determine hardware & software requirements based on business needs3. Manage security options and software in conmputers and network to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.4. Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.5. Responsible for providing on-time problem resolution.6. Ability to work with different levels of knowledge and diagnose different problems.7. Ability to identify the different problems which need escalation to different teams and follow up with them till resolution.8. Can work with different tasks smoothly and effectively.9. Responsible for dealing with different providers to report and follow up with them on any outage during working hours.10. Handle different requests using the ticket system or e-mail.11. Proven experience, Postsecondary Education in information systems management, information technology, Computer Science or equivalent, Ability to Prioritise, Strong Oral Communication Skills, Negotiating Talent, Superb with Deadlines, Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities, Professional.? Knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP and office365? Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure? Knowledge of CCTV? Knowledge of CCNA? Knowledge of VMware?
