To lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the worlds most challenging problems.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesServes as the Infrastructure Services (IS) brand focal points on the cross brand IBM sales team- Drives IS opportunities (for all IS Services Line- Hybrid Cloud, Resiliency, Network and Digital Workspace) in an assigned territory- Develops and maintains strong client relationships with executives and key influencers, in the IT and line of business organizations, based on a history of performance and credibility, earning a reputation as one of the clients trusted business advisors- Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and applies an understanding of the clients business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issues- Maintains an understanding of the clients industry, including industry trends, industry performance indicators and key client competitors in their industry- Understands and applies IBMs strategies and offerings for all IS Service Lines and IBM industry solutions to address the clients business needs- Understands and navigates IBM to identify, acquire and coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address client needs; leads the cross-functional team to develop the best solution for the client- Identifies solution opportunities by aligning IBMs industry and IS strategies with the clients most important business needs- Responsible for overall client satisfaction for services REQUIREMENTS: Required Professional and Technical Expertise- Graduate of Engineering, ICT, Computer Science or Business.- Experience within Infrastructure Services / Digital Transformation- A good understanding of Data Center Technologies and Operations -servers, mainframe, storage, network, IT as a Service, managed services offerings- Experience with developing the financial solution for an engagement based on client requirements, developing business cases, and executing a CFO-targeted financial sale- Can manage multiple opportunities concurrently- Effective communication and negotiation skills with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.- Good understanding of vendor and partner eco-systems of renowned major vendors- Good relationships with vendors of data center technologies in server, storage, network domainsAbout Business UnitDigital Sales is a specialized sales organization with a purpose-built infrastructure consisting of Global Digital Sales Centers in Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, and Littleton MA.
