Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient ?Fixed-Term Import/Export & Logistics Operations Coordinator? to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:Import/Export Tasks:

  • Arrange all docs needed to clear the shipments and review them;
  • Keep tracker for all the import shipments and update it with the changes;
  • Follow up with the brokers the shipments clearance and Leadtime;
Clearance tasks:
  • Apply for the ACID number on Nafeza;
  • Apply for from 4;
  • Review duties statement;
  • Organize with the broker the delivery and release of the shipments to the warehouse;
Customer service/warehousing tasks:
  • Coordinate with the warehouse the inbound/cross dock of the shipments;
  • Perform MIGO transaction on SAP;
  • Arrange with customers for pick-up of their shipments;
  • Flow on samples and lab tests and coordinate for the return and delivery of the withdrawal goods;
  • Keep records for the goods stored at the warehouse and do random checks when needed;
  • Keep records of the inbound and outbound dates and quantities for each shipment;
  • Invoice verification for transport and warehouse operations;
  • Report warehousing and fine distribution costs;
Qualifications
  • Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to details;
  • Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
