Overall responsible for development of the all required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and their pertaining working documents (e.g. logbook, checklist etc.) for all process plants by managing tkIS dedicated site team.
Overall responsible for providing required supports to tkIS? back office team for development of high level procedures (IAM procedures) mainly for HSE, Operations, Maintenance, Material Management and Performance Improvement.
Responsible for in time delivery of deliverables (procedures, documents etc.) as per the project plan and priority ratings of the procedures.
Provide proper alignment between tkIS dedicated site team and Client team in order to fulfill the tasks and obligations.
Manage tkIS dedicated site team for their day-to-day activities.
Act as a main point of contact for any communication and data exchange between tkIS? back office and dedicated site team.
Support Project Manager and Project Coordinator in project progress review by providing up-to-date information.
Act as a main point of contact with Client for any technical issues might arise during the project execution and coordination with Client functionaries responsible for the defined activities.
Review and evaluate overall performance of tkIS deliverables incl. digital products, procedures, techniques & practices, equipment reliability if and when the need arises.
Actively participate in the project progress review meetings and all other technical meetings either with tkIS or with Client teams.
Responsible for compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, standards, regulations and laws. This includes enforcing Client?s QHSE policies in the Maintenance function and tkIS? HSE policies.
Your profileJob specification:
Bachelor?s degree in Maintenance / Process Engineering.
15+ years of hands-on operation experience in Process Industries, ideally in an Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Plants.
Good Leadership, Communication, Presentation & Analytical Skills
Ability to communicate in English and Egyptian Arabic, both speaking and writing skills, effectively and clearly.
Ability to work with MS Offices software.
