Position:Human Capital SpecialistLocation:Arlington, VAJob Id:1622# of Openings:0 Culmen International LLC is seeking aHuman Capital (HR) Specialistto work in support of the Department of Homeland Security?s Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Agency (CISA) Cyber Security Division (CSD). Qualified candidates will have Human Capital experience in a federal government program environment or prior experience supporting human capital transactional processes and tracking issues to completion in an HR trouble ticket system. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to support a fast-paced deadline driven environment. With experience in over 126 countries, Culmen supports our clients to accomplish critical missions in challenging environments.Duties and responsibilities include:* Provide mission support by overseeing all workforce inquiries including but not limited to benefits, human capital system access, retirement, leave, work-life programs, TSP, personnel forms, and pay issues; inquiries are received and promptly responded to/coordinated/liaised with the appropriate offices to ensure resolution to workforce inquiries or concerns.* Support a robust onboarding/orientation program for all new CSD federal employees. Includes maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date presentation covering the history, mission, structure, policies, work-life programs, time and attendance policies, performance management and training opportunities. Coordinate all the logistics for new hires to include seating, computer access, PIV cards, building access and access to applicable employee resource systems.* Ensure all support requests are handled in a timely manner, new hires for the upcoming onboarding period are confirmed, onboarding IT tickets are submitted by the mandated deadline.Requirements include:* 3+ years of experience supporting HR activities for a federal government program/federal human capital processes * Experience supporting HR trouble ticket processes and tracking human capital action items through to completion * Experience handling sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgement * Experience in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work under tight timelines, manage workload, and prioritize tasks * Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to support a blended government and contractor team * DHS suitability or able to obtain prior to work * Bachelors degreeAdditional requirements:* Secret clearance preferredTop Tier Benefits Package:* Exceptional Medical/Dental/Vision coverage with 100% of the premiums paid by the company for all employees and their eligible dependents* 401k ?
