Job Description

Job Purpose: Working on developing the bank?s staff by providing the best training programs andcertificates organized by accredited training institutionsDuties &Responsibilities:

  • Participate in setting the annual training plan for all sectors & depts. and follow up
  • its implementation throughout the year.
  • Participate in preparing the annual budget for training and follow-up throughout
  • the year
  • Preparing training memos to be presented to senior management to approve the
  • cost of training programs
  • Communicate with external training providers to send technical and financial
  • offers for training programs according to training needs and desired objectives
  • Complete the training data received from internal and external control authorities
  • Addressing the heads about the training programs available to nominate their
  • employees.
  • Participate in the evaluation of the training programs that are being implemented
  • by conducting a comprehensive evaluation and analysis for each program.
