Health Manager - ( 2200001U )Description* Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of vets, technical, and personnel. * Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the Health management. * Conduct and administer fiscal operations, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and study the health situation of the targeted areas of expansion. * Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of veterinary staff. * Weekly visits to the sites in order to monitor health programs execution. * Report Monthly on the health status of all the flocks. * Develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and * process data and information, and to produce reports. * Maintain awareness of advances in vaccines, computerized diagnostic and * treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance changes, and financing options. * Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives. * Develop clear corrective actions in cases of diseases or deaths in flocks and follow up on implementation to assure it is done accurately & on time. * Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability. * Maintain communication between governing boards, veterinary staff, and department heads by attending meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. * Establish objectives and evaluative or operational criteria for units they manage. * Review and analyze BU?s Health activities and data to aid planning and risk management and to improve service utilization. * Manage change in integrated vaccine application delivery systems, such as work restructuring, technological innovations, and shifts in the focus of care. * Develop or expand and implement medical programs or health services that promote research, and overall flocks health. * Consult with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations, coordinate activities and plans, and promote health programs. * Develop instructional materials and conduct in-service and community-based educational programs. * Check and monitor all the health status of the flocks. * Check and monitor the blood and sera sampling dates and procedures and readings. * Review the vaccination program. * Supervise the vaccine administration. * Review the medication program. * Review the cleaning and disinfection. * Review the sampling procedures. * Coach and train the current field vets. * Evaluate and hire new vets and develop an appropriate poultry vet division reporting to the Division?s CEO. * Assist in overall management of the farms.Qualifications* B.Sc. in Veterinary Medicine * General Experience: Over 15 years * Managerial Experience: Over 6 years * Very Good Computer Skills * Very Good English Language *Competencies :-* Communicates effectively * Leadership skills * Optimizes work processes * Ensures accountability * Data analysis * Action Planning * Compliance * Manages complexity * Drives results * Review and ReportingPrimary Location: Egypt-Poultry Division- Head Quarter
