We are looking for a chef with proven previous experience in a restaurant or hotel. We are a water sports complex located in El Gouna, Red Sea, serving international cuisine. A Key Responsibilities are as follows:- Provide the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins to maximize guest satisfaction and food profitability- Ensures that proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed-Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards - Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs-Supervise kitchen staff activities-Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
