Position SummaryProcess engineer Graduate ?Engineering department? will learn how to act as the process technical reference to other business functions to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. also, assisting process engineering activities during normal operation and shutdown phases and will be part of a strong mentoring culture, where each Graduate is assigned a Mentor/ Supervisor for support in the Graduate?s personal and professional development. You will also receive on-the-job training, with opportunities to develop wider technical and project delivery skills by working alongside experienced professionals.Position ResponsibilitiesSome of the job?s roles and responsibilities include:? Calculate the daily equipment performance, analyze the data, compare to design, and advise Operations with appropriate actions to optimize plant and equipment conditions.? Evaluate the equipment performance ?such as: heat exchangers? on a routine basis to determine their efficiency and provide the required recommendations.? Calculate the daily plant efficiency, gas consumption, and advise accordingly Operations with appropriate actions.? Troubleshoot any plant problem and provide the technical expertise to Operations when required to avoid any unrequired incidents and trips.? Perform root cause analysis methodology with team members when required to identify the root cause of any operational upsets or plant trips.? Devise the conceptual design of the assigned plant change request in the early stage of the modification and follow management of change procedures.? Prepare the modification PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and P&IDs (Process and Instruments Diagram) for the assigned modification as per the MOC procedure.? Issue the Process equipment specifications, data sheets, line lists for the assigned modification.? Lead / perform the required risk assessment specified in the PHA ?process hazard analysis? document for the assigned modification.? Issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports to indicate the plant and the equipment efficiency and production status to achieve the maximum plant performance.? Comply with Site safety rules, policies, and procedures.Position Qualifications? Bachelors degree in Chemical engineering.? Internship within oil and gas and petrochemical industry during or after graduation.? Strong analytical and mathematical skills.? Superb time management and professionalism.? A growth mindset and willingness to accept feedback.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Ability to work in a team.? Good observation skills and willingness to learn.? Very good command of English skills.? Team player with multi-cultural exposure, strong ownership & safety commitment.?
