Responsibilities Deliver the PR2PO services in CBS with leading practices and policies Accountable for the PR2PO Operational services: Helpdesk / Service Desk, Quality Check, Content Enablement, Supplier Enablement, Reporting, Tactical Buy, Governance Manage the PR2PO services to drive improved service, higher quality and lower costs Manage and motivate a team of 10 HC supporting the PR2PO service Integrating PR2PO processes that meet GBS needs, GP needs and User needs Meet with relevant KPIs and Service Level Agreement Support effective continuous improvement initiatives and focus on process standardization, simplification and optimization Track reporting metrics to consistently measure and report effectiveness around quality, responsiveness, cost and other KPIs Ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective services while providing value added information for decision support Create a Culture of Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement Support smooth transition of processes from retained organization to GBS Support GP migration of processes across all stages of transition ? knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, go-live/cut-over and scale up Support successful implementation of work coming into the CBS with an emphasis on robust planning, transformation and transparent communication with impacted stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services/Service integration environment Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills Previous experience as a team leader experience is a plus Ability to provide superior customer service Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems Strong leadership and customer management skills Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment Ability to establish and maintain trust Ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and make decisions within short timeframes Experience in global environment/matrix organizations Experience in multiple GP disciplines (e.g. Tactical Buy, Supplier Enablement) is preferred Change management and agility
