You will oversee the daily activities of the food service associates, monitor the quality of food preparation and presentation, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Your leadership and organizational skills will contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment, resulting in a memorable dining experience for our guests.What youll do:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to established quality and safety standards.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies and equipment as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee schedules.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This role may require standing for extended periods and the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
