Study and prepare the flight before opening counter (aircraft type, and registration, passengers requiring special handling, booked, overbooked, upgrading and delays).
Determine the priority of acceptance by reference to seats or weight restrictions in critical check-in situation and load limitation.
Prepare flight reports for each flight including all information, and action taken regarding all discrepancies in details (refer to flight report).
Solve minor problems related to the acceptance of passengers out of Cairo.
