Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description

Employment: Full Time An exciting opportunity for a career-driven Reporting Manager. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a newly created position which has arisen due to a re-organisation of the finance team. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the quality, accuracy, consistency and timely submission of 4 separate legal entities reports.Manage Group reporting process to ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with Group requirements, including ForecastsOwner of Intercompany Accounting cycle end to end, managing intercompany financials by identifying/reviewing and resolving Intercompany mismatches to ensure accurate group financial data.Act as a point of contact for all intercompany related activities across all Business UnitsEnsure the existence & effectiveness of a controlled Bank Rec process to ensure accuracy of reported Balance Sheet FiguresResponsible in the short term for the country tax activities, audits and inspections and giving all the needed support for the tax advisorEnsure timely implementation of internal and external audit recommendationsMonthly check for country results COGNOS vs local books and analysing variances with justificationManaging advice required by Business on Group reporting tools to ensure Business awareness on Group reporting requirements and deadlines.Ensure the existence & effectiveness of a controlled Revenue Rec process to ensure accuracy of reported Income Statement RevenueEnsure the existence & effectiveness of a controlled working capital process to ensure accuracy of reported Balance Sheet figuresMonthly Check for Country results actual vs plan and communicate with concerned business partners for justificationsManaging the preparation of various Annual/Quarter/Monthly presentations & reports for Group and local management.Manage monthly P&L review meeting with CFO & Finance Heads for pre submission review and signoffManage monthly Balance Sheet review meeting for the country FD Salary: USD 2500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Family health insurance REQUIREMENTS: CPA/CMA preferredDegree in finance/maths or similarMinimum 5 yrs in a reporting role10 years in a large multinational finance team, used to reporting to international plc standardsThank you for your interest.
