The packaging and distribution is supported by the Operations, Customer Service and Demand, Information Systems and Quality departments.The site also supports a sales organization.Process Development, Operations and Quality (POQ) are the core divisions of Amgen that make sure the drugs are delivered to our patients. Made up of seven functions and spread across seven sites, POQs aspiration is simple: Supply every patient, every time!We are currently looking for a Finance Senior ManagerAs the finance senior manageryour accountabilities are e.g. to select, train, coordinate and coach adequate staff with capability to perform required assignments. You lead preparation and performance of processes, services and tasks for the European countries and their continuous improvement. You drive alignment with countries on which processes and tasks to be performed for the countries (including possible hand-back to countries). You also provide leadership, consultancy and financial support to various company functions, teams and departments. You act as link between central (Europe/TO..) finance/accounting etc functions and country finance/accounting teams. And you manage the reporting processes (analytical management).Responsibilities?Leads performance and delivery of centrally provided tasks and processes.?Drives alignment on tasks and processes delivered by service team with European countries.?Drives continuous improvement of processes and services delivered across EU.?Leads service level of tasks/processes performed execution.?Leads implementation of monitoring/tracking of outputs/quality of in/outputs and efforts/FTE required to perform the processes/tasks.?Leads long-term needs/capacity planning of the support activities.?Owns analytics and preparation of reports to the parent company.?Ensures all company data is collected, derived and consolidated data from all departments in order to produce reliable service/processes for the countries.?Leads F&A projects and may participate in pan-European/global projects.?Communicates and provides direction to countries about supported processes/tasks and their business implications.Minimum Requirements?Degree in Economics or Business Administratition?Experience of more than 8 years work in similar position in an international environment?Experience in accounting, financial process analytics, improvement and monitoring?Experience in service center operations would be an advantage ?Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication?Excellent user of Office Programs as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Crystal BallPreferred Requirements?Studies specialised in finance (financial analysis, controlling, accounting, consolidating) or experience in various areas of finance and accounting?MBA would be an advantage?Experience of 2 to 3 years in a management position within an international finance department would be an asset?Pharma industry knowledge?Basic know-how of applicable laws concerning business admin, taxes (esp.
