  • Maintaining Trial Balance in compliance with SE Rules
  • Review AP Cycle
  • Review AR Cycle (billing, collection, Provisions)
  • Monthly Reporting in OPUS (HFM)
  • Quarterly Reporting of SE rolling forecast - input to OPUS (HFM)
  • Prepare Financial Statements according to SE policies & Procedures and comply with local Legal & statutory Requirements
  • Tax compliance
  • Maintain the delegation of Authority as per Corporate rules & Local Entity Rules
  • General Authority for Investment (GAFI) reporting
  • Ensure Internal Control over Financial accounting are appropriately maintained, documented & Reviewed
Project Controlling
  • Review and approval of Projects CQA
  • Participating in monthly project review
  • Ensure Project billing are on track
  • Maximize Sales & Margin
  • Ensure Project to have Positive cash flow
  • Mitigate Risk / Identify opportunities
Organization, People, and process
  • Lead local Finance Team and manage their performance and development
  • Train and mentor team members as necessary
  • Participate in continuous process improvement Initiatives
Insurance
  • Follow up with Corp Risk Team to Maintain annual insurance policies
  • All Risk Insurance to be shared with GAFI on annual basis
  • Issue Insurance policies to Customer as per contractual agreements and Corporate rules
QualificationsAbout You Minimum 8 years experience in the same fieldFluent EnglishExcelent Leadership skills
