Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you?re having in the work you do - every small thing counts.Job Scope:The Divisions Finance Business Partner team is responsible for setting the business strategy while assisting in dynamic resource allocation, preparing P&L scenarios optimizing growth and profitability & leading financials for strategic projects.The Divisions Finance Business Partner team is seeking a qualified business partner to support the Mashreq finance team and will be based in Cairo, Egypt.Overview of RoleDivisions Finance BP, responsible on helping Finance BP Lead for providing financial analysis & forecasting to the category along with controlling the A&P budget, and supply chain cost.Role overall profile

  • Financial Planning & Analysis for the Category P&L
  • Responsible for pricing structure
  • A&P Budget control
  • Supply Chain cost analysis
  • ROI calculation for promotions
  • Support the Finance BP Lead on the monthly forecast, month end closing & managing the budget
Selection criteria:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
  • 3 years substantial professional experience in positions of financial analyst, control, business partnering, consultancy with a proven track record of responsibility for financial analysis
  • Demonstrated strong written, presentation, and communications skills in English and ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences
  • Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills to identify issues, present creative, practical solutions, and make and commit to sound decisions, anticipating short- and long-term implications.
  • High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
