Whether its setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the F&B Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.Youll be joining our team at an exciting time, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow!About you

  1. . 1 year of customer service experience
  2. . Proven experience working with food and beverages is a plus
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence with handling cash and electronic transactions. Understanding of food and beverage safety is a plus. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  1. Responsibilities
  3. . Take orders and answer questions customers may have
  4. . Note down any changes or allergy information relating to guests
  5. . Pour hot and cold drinks and serve these to guests
  6. . Communicate any changes to the menu or to orders with kitchen staff
  7. . Manage cash and card payments
  8. . Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times
  9. . Set tables with cutlery, glasses and other equipment ready for new guests
