The F&B Junior Procurement Specialist is responsible for the procurement of non-merchandise commodities and services for the operation based on best practices stipulated by the companys policies and proceduresKey Accountabilities:-Inspect and process F&B purchasing requisitions and reports-Plan, monitor, coordinate and evaluate F&B purchasing activities and expenses as specified by the Manager-Receive, verify, organize and follow up on all F&B purchased items-Communicate with vendors on price, availability, delivery, quality and purchases supplies-Compare and evaluate costs vs. quality and suitability of products-Stay abreast to new products, market conditions and trends REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge-Bachelors Degree-1-2 years of experience in a similar field-Fluency in English-Proficiency in MS OfficeCompetencies-Analytical Thinking-Attention to details-Change and Adaptability-Commercial Understanding-Planning and Organizing-Initiative Teamwork
