Maintaining the cost database for the respective discipline (Review/Insure Cost elements completion)
Preparation of discipline bid estimates and man-hour estimates if needed.Review and determination of Material Take Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
Support procurement obtaining quotations for equipment, bulk materials and construction costs.
The co-ordination of discipline personnel involved in the discipline bid estimate (including the preparation and specification of data suitable for pricing).
Preparation of overall cost estimate.Cost Estimate Analysis.
checking Project WBS and prepare CBS.
Participation in Risks definitions and calculations.
Preparation of cost estimate presentation at bid approval meetings.
Preparation of Lessons-Learnt session.
Preparation of Handover documents related to Estimation in case of awarding
Your profileJob specification:
University degree in Engineering/Commercial
High IT skills required, use of MS excel/ power BI
Excellent spoken and written English
Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years
