Job Purpose:The Engineering Director is leading our Engineering Managers and is responsible for managing development teams and ensuring that design requirements are met, overseeing the consistency of user experiences.Job Responsibilities:Lead the team?s release process and ensure that the team meets the shipping dates for new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent. Work closely with the VP of engineering to implement the companys technology architecture Represent the engineering team with customers Quickly resolve personnel problems, team conflicts, and bottlenecks Help to create a culture of innovation and excellence in an engineering organization Implement innovative technologies Support preparation of Technology Roadmap.
