Job Purpose:Oversee all Engineering department activities. Making sure all process is done correctly and on the right manner.˙Responsibilities & tasks:˙

  • Responsible for all Engineering Department processes and activities˙
  • Follow up on HVAC maintenance
  • Follow up on machines maintenance
  • Follow up on all documentation handling
  • Follow up on employee?s development
  • Study of strategic plan
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Hires and trains engineering staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
