If so, this Engineering Compliance Section Head opportunity could be the opportunity for you to consider. Job Purpose As an Engineering Compliance Section Head, you will manage engineering compliance activities planning / implementation in site, set in-place plan to improve site maintenance techniques, operations and inspections to comply with global engineering standards, represent the engineering department in all related audits and act as engineering advocate in regards to EHS , Quality and Continuous improvement. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Lead the Engineering compliance work activities strategy, planning, and ensure site is complying with GSK standards. Manage engineering active monitoring and ensure full compliance to engineering standards. Manage TP13 process in the site and ensure TP13 requirement are fully deployed in the site Govern training process of new and updated technical processes & Global Engineering standards for all site Engineers & Act as GES Process Owner. Set in-place effective plan to improve site manufacturing plants and facilities to comply with GES standards. Lead the planning and delivery of any Engineering involvement in Site & corporate audits. Manage updates to local Engineering KPIs and performance boards. Govern engineering reporting with global Engineering and deployment of any global requirement on site. Govern site Facility engineering layouts and drawings management & control. Act as engineering advocate for EHS, Quality & Continuous Improvement. Why you? Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelors degree of Engineering. Engineering standard in Pharma/ Food industries or relevant industries. 3-5 years of experience in engineering systems. Basic knowledge in industrial engineering. Knowledge in Engineering and production activities. Fluent English is essential (written, spoken and read). Professional computer skills (Excel, PPT, Word). Good communication skills.
