The person of this role will assist in coordinating and follow up the rebranding separation activities, TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) exits, cross workstream and/or cross region interdependencies Working closely with global and local team to modify the suitable efficient process for the function and setting up the right systems contributing to build up the new way of working.Roles & Responsibilities* Work with the regional project management team, consultants and internal teams to assist in all of the Supply plannong process, cutover period and go-live* Effectively follow up the project network* Assess the collateral impacts in other workstreams and regularly check in with them* Detailed PM Cutover Planning* Synchronising AW Cutover for FGs* Detailed Obsolete Planning* Cutover planning for each Channel* Working with 3P on cutover planning* Managing end to end stock movement+ Factory to distributor+ Distributor to Customer+ Returns and write off* 100% availability of new stocks on shelfRole requirements:* Minimum 12-15 years of experience in FMCG or relevant industries* Complex Project management* Commercial awareness* Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills* Tact and persuasive ability* Teamworking skills* Attention to detail* Excel expertise* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Self driven* A good understanding of Marketing and Supply Chain systems, processes and tasks OR a quick learnerStakeholder Management and key interfaces* This role is a one year contract* To be fully authorized/empowered about its work and responsibilities Vielfalt ist Teil unserer Kultur!
