Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who: - has Sense of hospitality - has prior work experience in hotel operational departments - has proven track record successful administration - has the ability to handle guest complains with a smile - has great interpersonal skills.? Reports directly to the sales and marketing Director. ? Coordinate the functions and activates of sales and marketing personnel, including sales managers/executive. ? Interact and liaise closely with the front office, food & beverage, reservation and banquet & conference manager ? Coordinate, as required, functions and activities of other departments within MCTB where they relate to the sales function. ? Maintain a close working relationship with the regional sales team, Oman. ? Interact with other IHG hotels and sales offices ? Interact with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to clients, convents bureaus, local hotel associations, government agencies, travel agent, tour operators, competitors.? Previous Sales experience with at least 5 years in senior management position within 5 stars chain hotels, preferably in mega hotels ? Proficiency in communication in both English / Arabic languages ? Strong Leadership skills ? Self-motivated with high level of energy ? Vast networking within Cairo governorate with strong awareness of market needs ? Strong negotiation skills
