Employment: Full Time The opportunityThe project is 4 medium rise towers + 10 G+10 buildings and their common podium. The service includes project and cost management as well as overseeing the services by the designers and site supervision consultant(s). Project duration expected is 40 months.Your responsibilities will includeDeveloping the clients brief, design strategy, procurement and execution of the scheme.Organising and chairing design reviews and facilitating the value engineering of design consultants solutions.Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the scheme.Monitoring compliance with the project brief.Monitoring the progress against the project scope.Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.Organising and managing technical review team resource and input.
