Essential Experience and Skills Required:
Engineering or Science degree (preferred) with a minimum 10 years of experience in oil production operations. Strong record of accomplishment in a supervisory position (minimum 5 years supervisory experience).
You demonstrate excellent HSE leadership and people management skills to drive continuous improvement of Safety Culture.
Production surveillance experience to improve and ensure the accurate reporting of water cuts and produced volumes of oil, water and gas.
Excellent interpersonal skills including respectful interaction with people at all levels in the field and the Cairo office is required.
Proven ability to support an inclusive environment where diverse points of view are valued as essential.
Must be a team player.

Daily Rate (not monthly salary)

TransGlobe will arrange accommodation in the field.
Transportation will arrange the transportation from its office in Maadi to the field and pick up from the field to the office in Maadi. Candidate will manage his transportation from his residency to the office on the travel day and from the office to his residency on the day he is backl from the field.
