Nana was established in 2016 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Ar Riyad, Saudi Arabia.Highlights:Nana funding: $79MCurrent funding stage: Series CNana is backed by: STV, MEVP, SVC, Impact46, FIM Partners, Jahez, Sunbulah group, FAITH Capital, Wamda Capital, Quencia Capital, Watar Partners, and more.Responsibilities:Organize the forecasting demand of supplies to stores, create POs for replenishment and maintaining availability in the stores, with a team of admins to manage Back Office data.Organize the transition to 3pl, manage relations and secure Nana best practices.Accountable for the overall demand planning/replenishment of stores and warehouse and the performance of the direct reportsManaging stock while ensuring issuance of POs weekly for stores and DCEnsuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecastsProvides DP/replenishment insights and plans/initiatives to keep availability at par with the managements business plan, accountable for the holding stock value, supplier service level, aging stock optimization... and all these are directly impacting Nana P&L.Ability to provide solutions and initiatives to solve problems with stocks in the warehouse and stores,Guidance to store supervisors and admins to ensure smooth workflowRequirements3-5 years of experience in FMCG in demand planning and Warehouse management or 3pl partner relation is a mustBachelor?s degree in relevant fieldExcellent analytical and communication skills, and always hands-on with several toolsAbility to interact/guide the senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
