Job PurposeThe Data Management Analyst is responsible for understanding and translating the business requirements and quality standards into running procedures and documented definitions that create data fitness to use across systems, reports, and analytics.The Data Management Analyst will ensure data quality standards are met, monitor and report the usage of data and information across CIB, and manage data in business glossary.DescriptionData Management1. Develop and maintain the Data Quality Assessment scripts to measure quality versus agreed standards and report the performance against goals.2. Validate and verify that the used business transformation rules matches the defined standard for each data element.3. Prepare data quality documentation, report, and visual Data Quality Assessments?? results in a way that helps the organization to take the right decisions.4. Monitor the usage of data in all its stages across the data value chain (Data, Information, and Knowledge).5. Monitor and evaluate the correctness of data quality standards across CIB systems, reports, and analytics.6. Monitor the completeness, accuracy, consistency, conformity, and timely of data in the Master Data Management solutions.7. Monitor the changes on Reference Data to ensure they match the predefined quality standards.8. Participate in the implementation of Data Management related tools, including support, test, collect and maintain metadata.9. Participate in Data Remediation exercises.10. Support the Data and Information Governance officers to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, and reconciling disparate information with stakeholders to understand the business needs.Compliance11. Comply with CIB Data Policy, all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB??s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks12. Ensure that Data-related decisions, processes, and controls subject to Data are auditable;? Metadata should be timely updated to reflect the real situation.? Data architecture should be always up-to-date and reflecting the existing facts.? Documentation should be available to support compliance-based and operational auditing requirements.Policies, Processes and Procedures13. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerDay-to-day Operations14. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of workQualifications & Experience? Bachelor degree of Information System, Computer Science or its equivalent.? 1-3 years of experience in data management related activities? Experience in BI Testing is a plus.? Good attention to details. Able to multi-task, work under pressure.? Good Knowledge in database concept and PL-SQL? Knowledge in dealing with huge data sets is a plus? Good knowledge in BI concepts (ETLs, Cubes, Dashboards, Reports...etc.)? Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills? Demonstrated ability to 1) effectively work in an ambiguous environment, 2) effectively work in a cross-team environment and 3) succeed in a complex and dynamic work environment.4) Work independently, directly with the business partners? Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy? Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, especially with regards to sensitive or confidential personnel and organizational matters?
