Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the worlds most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and management of data center budget for maintenance, repairs, capital and general operating costs; bottom-up development of yearly budgets. Negotiation and approval of vendor contracts/agreementsResponsibility and oversight for customer implementations, including review and approval of proposed Service Level Agreements and Contract changes.Act as the escalation point for internal and external client inquiriesWorks with regional and global facilities management team to leverage existing operational procedures and reference material to expedite implementation, standardize operational methodologies, and facilitate best practices in areas of common interest and business focus.Accountable to maintain and evolve internal operational policy and procedural reference documents.Operate as a member of the extended data center Operations team to deliver on key business initiativesResponsible for site safety and environmental compliance.Ensures compliance of the data center with various accreditations e.g. ISAE 3402, PCI DSS, ISO 22301, IBM Reliability levels.
