Job Description

Job PurposePrivileged Account Management (PAM) is the monitoring andprotection of privilege accounts in an organization?s IT environments.Unmanaged privilege accounts can lead to loss or theft of sensitivecorporate information, or malware that can compromise thenetwork.Key Accountabilities & Performance Measures

  • Act as a local SME for the Egypt PAM operations and work closely with the Group PAM team to ensure PAM operations are aligned and running smoothly
  • Align with Group PAM Operation team running in 24*7 mode and ensure the SLAs and KPIs are met consistently
  • Work proactively to ensure smooth operations of PAM environment and work for process improvements.
  • Provision privilege access based on approved request.
  • Day to day maintenance of PAM application & underling infrastructure.
  • Integration of thick / think client as part of onboarding
  • Asset & Privilege account onboarding
  • Carryout password management activities
  • Enveloping printing
  • PAM application upgrade & patching
  • Troubleshooting / support end users for PAM related queries
  • Provisioning and De-provisioning of privileged accounts
  • Providing Reports to management
  • Account Discovery findings & reporting
  • Gap Analysis on privileged accounts
  • Participate in DR Drills activities for PAM application.
  • Privilege account life Cycle management
  • Audit / noncompliance review & reporting
