Halwani Brothers is looking for a passionate, creative, driven and high energetic culinary grill master / butcher that helps us accelerate the growth of our food service business, as well as our branded business, in the Middle East and beyond.Based on a wealth of culinary and market insights, this role is able to quickly match or improve taste profiles of current food service products, but at a more competitive price using HB ingredients. He/she proactively develops food service solutions for targeted customers unlocking additional growth for both.Moreover, he/she supports improving the taste and quality perception of our branded HB portfolio and is capable to quickly copy international bestsellers.Finally, this role helps designing and developing our development kitchen into a world-class facility for culinary exploration and is responsible for building a ?passion for food? culture at HB.?
